Cheese Platters

Caputos cheese is really inexpensive. I bought a large block of bleu for the dressing I made and paid $5.00. That’s OK for some recipes but if you’re going to enjoy cheese with a bottle of wine, I suggest going to a gourmet market like FOODSTUFFS.

You can buy a small quantity of really outstanding cheese and the perfect portion to put on a sampler plate.

I bought all of this cheese and they were fantastic: Bleu Aubergne Volcans ($2.83) Australian 3 Year Aged Cheddar ($1.39) and my favorite Gouda Very Aged ($2.42).

Gourmet food stores do not always mean expensive. Besides, let’s talk about the quality… and you can taste the QUALITY difference.
