I popped in to Macy’s on the Seventh Floor and had a Chicken Flatbread at Frontera Fresco. Rick Bayless happened to be there and was sampling the goods to make sure his brand was served up in the celebrated Bayless tradition.
I liked the flatbread but I didn’t love it. I would have preferred a little less red sauce (too overpowering) and a crispy rather than soft flatbread.
Next time I’m going back to my old standbys…the tortas.
