Custom House Tavern

Food and Wine Magazine put Chicago’s Custom House Tavern (500 South Dearborn) on the Best Burgers in American list.
So what makes its signature burger so unique? A mixture of short rib, sirloin and ground pork topped with aged cheddar cheese and shaved onion, served in a sourdough brioche bun with house-made steak sauce.

I had to try a bite for myself. Best Burger in America? You be the judge.
