Smoothie Recipes for An Easy Breakfast

This is a healthy version of my favorite smoothie made with Blueberries and Strawberries. I also add a few ice cubes to make it super cold for drinking. You can use any type of fruit and change up the yogurt.

Bon Appetit!

Fast Track Breakfast Smoothie

16 oz Low Fat Blueberry Or Strawberry Yogurt

1 1/4 C Skim Milk

3/4 C Fresh Blueberries and Strawberries

3 Tbsp Dry Milk Powder

2 Tsp Honey

In a blender, blend until smooth.
This is a refreshing smoothie recipe that is perfect for St. Patty’s Day breakfast. Honestly, you don’t often see smoothies made with limes. I'll add a little soda water in place of the skim milk if you want to enjoy it as a refreshing, non-alcoholic drink.

Lime Smoothie

1/2 cup lime (sliced)

3/4 cup low-fat milk

1 cup lime sherbet

1/2 cup raspberries

2 cups ice

Note: You can also substitute key lime yogurt for the sherbet for a smoother, slightly different taste.
