Rotisserie Chicken Wings

Nothing better than he taste of Rotisserie chicken and these wings are no exception.

You can enhance the flavor by making a dipping sauce but I like them plain.

Bon Appetit!

1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. olive oil
Chicken wings

Rinse wings with cold water, and pat dry with a paper towel.

Season or marinate any way you like. If you are looking for a simple chicken wing, season with a teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of pepper. For a crispier skin, brush with olive oil.

Take out your flat rotisserie basket. Place the chicken wings next to each other. You should be able to fit 10 to 12 wings in the basket. Close up basket.

Attach the flat rotisserie basket to the rotisserie oven. Place the drip pan below. Turn on rotisserie to 400 degrees.

Cook for 30 to 40 minutes, or until there is no redness in the chicken.
