Bacon Cornbread Stuffing

I got inspired and used leftovers for my stuffing today which was a confetti of cornbread, apples, cider, sage and thick-cut bacon.

I love cornbread but no doubt about it the bacon made this recipe.

On second thought, bacon always makes the recipe.
