I grilled a small piece of Sea Bass this week and make a fish taco. I topped it with avocado and a really fresh mango that I purchased at a Mexican market.
It reminded me that I do love to eat healthy… most of the time!

This fall, will be going on a year-long culinary project through Mexico.
